This form is for use by city employees who want help marketing non-profit, educational and community activities that will be held within the City of Hampton, sponsored by the city, or by an organization or group officially supported by the city.

*PLEASE NOTE* We require at least (6) weeks advanced notice on all marketing requests. Should there be any delay in providing all required content, materials, or additional information, this could cause a delay in the production process.
If project/event requests are received with less than 2 weeks prior to launch, we are unable to guarantee all promotional elements will be delivered.
